Geraldine-Juliane Stenzel is the founder and CEO of Minerva Strategic Consulting GmbH. She began her career as legal counsel at a listed biopharmaceutical company, advising business units and the executive board and working closely with the communications team on the company’s external presence.
Several years at an international law firm leading in compliance and internal investigations followed. Her clients were predominantly Fortune 500 and DAX 40 corporations, family-owned businesses, private equity houses as well as insurers and industrial groups.
Her work centred on advice in sensitive ad hoc crisis situations and on investigating complex matters at board level, for companies and individuals across sectors, in white-collar criminal and financial regulatory contexts, leading large, interdisciplinary project teams. Most recently, as a senior consultant in a leadership position, she headed operations at a consultancy specialising in special situations, supporting companies through white-collar criminal proceedings and crises, with particular attention to defending and rebuilding reputation.
Geraldine-Juliane Stenzel is a graduate in business law and political science. She holds an LL.M. from the distinguished corporate and tax law programme at the University of Potsdam and is a certified mediator and crisis communicator. She advises executives and companies on leadership, strategy and commercial dispute resolution, in and out of court. A further focus of her work is guiding business succession.
She also writes and lectures, publishing regularly in the Berliner Anwaltsblatt on good leadership, strategic change and the management of complex transitions. A skier and a long-distance runner, she knows that a steep descent rewards technique and anticipation, while distance rewards endurance. Client work calls for both.
