Conflict facilitation
The fast route where no formal process is required. We facilitate individual conversations or board sessions until decisions are being made again.
When the shareholder group can no longer reach a decision, far more is at stake than the matter in dispute: liquidity, key people, banks and the standing of the company. We establish where things stand and bring the parties to a settlement that holds.

No. A settlement is possible at any stage, including during live proceedings. Often it is the pressure of the hearing date that brings it about. If the matter does continue in court, we prepare strategy, presentation and public perception.
