Verena Hülshoff is an external consultant to Minerva Strategic Consulting GmbH. After a business degree specialising in human resources and employment law, she spent more than ten years in HR, supporting managers and employees across the entire employee life cycle.

Today her focus lies on organisational and leadership development, team and culture work, change management and coaching through periods of transition. She helps organisations improve collaboration for the long term, develop the way they lead and shape change so that it takes effect.

She brings many years of experience in project and team leadership, in designing and facilitating workshops and in handling complex questions. As a mediator she resolves tensions and restores working relationships built on trust. She also supports non-profit organisations pro bono in their development.

Verena Hülshoff is a qualified systemic coach and organisational consultant, trainer and mediator. She works from a systemic approach with agile methods, combining clarity and structure with empathy and respect, with an eye on both the whole and the individual. Running and bootcamp give her the balance she needs to order complex questions.
